Meditation Class


The impact of meditation on health and well-being has been well researched and scientifically proven to bring us to a state of balance and has many psychological, physical, emotional well-being and spiritual benefits.

One of the easiest ways to learn how to focus the mind is to listen to a guided meditation.  Spoken word guidance with relaxing music and/or silence, brings us to a state of calm awareness, relaxation and greater compassion so we may lead a healthier, more joyful and more productive life.

Come and join us in this meditation class.

Go on a journey within.  Take the time to just be and find the wisdom within that is available to us all.

Classes are on a Wednesday night 7pm to 8.30pm

cost: members $5   non-members $10

Note:  doors will be closed and locked at 7pm sharp to ensure attendees are not disturbed.  

please arrive by 6.55 pm at the latest
