PAIN sometimes dominates our lives. Spiritual, emotional or physical; we suffer - often in silence - and it saps our joy in living, our willingness to take risks and our capacity for creating or sharing love.
This day-long seminar will teach you new ways to look at your pain, and help you see how it can be reduced or eliminated from your life.
Chair lift available for those who find stairs difficult.
Led by Linda Reid at the church building at 47 East Tamaki Rd, Papatoetoe.
